6 cups Chicken cooked and shredded
4 tbsp butter
1 Onion, chopped
2 Red Bell Peppers, chopped
4 Jalapenos, chopped
8 cups Chicken broth
Salt & Pepper
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
⅔ cup fried bacon
4 tsp minced garlic
1 can black beans, optional

Cook and shred chicken.
Chop onions and peppers into small pieces.
Melt butter in a large kettle, add onions and peppers. Saute until soft.
Then add Jalepenos and garlic and saute for another minute.
Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Slowly stir in chicken broth.
Add bacon bits, beans, chicken, and heavy cream.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add cheese, salt, and pepper.
