Fresh Ground Flour Tortillas

 3 ¼ cups Fresh Milled Hard wheat berries
 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp. Hot Water
 2 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 4 ½ tbsp Avocado Oil

Mix all of the ingredients into a soft dough. Gradually add water until it makes the right consistency.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Divide dough into 10-12 even balls.

Oil lightly and place on a plate.

Cover tightly.

Let rest for 30 minutes.

Roll balls into thin circles on lightly floured surface.

Fry in hot skillet for 15-20 seconds per side.

Cover to keep warm until serving.
